Both our Energy & Focus Chews are low in sugar, use plant based ingredients and have absolutely no artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols or fillers! Our Energy Chews have less than 4 grams of sugar per chew while our Focus Chews have less than 1 gram of sugar per chew!

We use the minimal amount of natural sugar syrups needed to manufacture a chewy candy (some natural sugar syrup, like organic brown rice syrup or corn syrup, is required to make a chewy candy) and we sweeten them further with natural Monk Fruit! This allows us to keep them low in sugar while still being sweet, chewy and tasty.

Our chews can handle extreme temperature and humidity as long as they are kept sealed in their original packaging! Our chews will get soft in extreme heat, and may be hard to unwrap while hot/soft. If your chews are hot/soft after being in the heat please let them cool at room temperature or pop them in the fridge briefly and they will firm back up and be easy to unwrap and enjoy!

Chews hard or firm? While our chew soften in the heat..they also get firm in the cold! If your chews are a bit firmer than you'd like, you can easily make them a bit softer by warming them up. Just 30 seconds in a pocket, holding them in your hand, or just letting them warm up in your mouth will leave them nice and soft for immediate chewing.

We typically send packages with USPS. They are responsible for delivering your package, and all we can do is rely on the tracking! It is incredibly rare for USPS to make a delivery issue. Steps to take if you haven't received your package but tracking shows delivered:

1. Please check everywhere that a package could possibly be delivered.
2. Check with other household/family members or neighbors.
3. Check mailboxes and lockers.
4. If you can still not locate your package. Please call you local post office with your tracking number. They have GPS coordinates on every delivery scan and can locate the precise delivery location. Making sure to get you your package.
5. If after this you can still not receive your package or believe it was stolen, please contact us and we can start the process to file a shipping claim with USPS. Once the claim has processed we can make sure we refund or get you your product.

Orders can be canceled as long as it has not been fulfilled! If it has already been shipped you will need to request a return.

Returns are accepted for unopened products. If the bag is sealed or the boxes are wrapped in their original shrink wrap, you are eligible for a return. We will send you a return label and process the refund once we receive and verify the items to be unopened and untampered with.
